Pendant lamps or plafonds, concrete lamps?

Modern, minimalist? With us you will find lamps for the living room as well as for the bathroom, the children’s room and the corridor. We know how to help you choose the right lighting.
Lighting? How about concrete lamps?
Concrete lamps with an interesting design are our suggestion for minimalist rooms, but not only. We have created a collection of concrete lamps that are handmade from our concrete mix. FLOGA concrete pendant lamps – Polish products. We create them on the basis of semi-finished products from Polish manufacturers, exclusively. Plafonds are also in preparation.

Pendant lamps or plafonds?

In order to illuminate a room properly, we cannot decide on only one source of light. Pendant lamps – their task is to provide such an amount of light that the room is illuminated fairly evenly. If the source of light is strong, we can replace pendant lamps with ceiling-mounted lamps. Plafonds can be an interesting alternative to traditional chandeliers.
Lighting – optically enlarging the room
Appropriately selected and arranged lighting is certainly able to visually enlarge our interior. Several points of light should be placed in various locations. A floor lamp, for example, with a shade directed at the ceiling is such a solution. A wall light with the shades pointing upwards will also help us to achieve this effect.

Lighting – how to choose the right one?

Lighting in your bedroom is extremely important and you need the right balance to achieve an aesthetically pleasing effect. In general, there should be sources of natural light in all areas. The same applies to both the bedroom and the kitchen . If there are no large windows or balcony doors giving this natural light, you can use the right lighting and bright colours on the walls or fabrics.

Lamps with warm lighting are an excellent choice to give the room a more relaxing atmosphere. Lamps that emit yellow light create warmth in the space, as opposed to cold white light that blinds and tickles the nerves.

Choose more than one source of light, as bright light from a single source in a room is not conducive to relaxation but quite the opposite. You can combine a pendant lamp with a floor lamp and a plafond.

A clever and creative idea to create atmosphere in the bedroom is hidden lighting around the ceiling. Hidden lighting softens the lines of the room and can better accentuate the space, the furniture and even the decor. With the same reasoning, you can place a series of led lights and adjust them appropriately.
